Carroy Domain, Pouilly-Fumé Wines

The Jacques & Fils Carroy Domain is situated 200 km South of Paris, in the Pouilly-sur-Loire (Nièvre) vineyards, in the place known as “Le Bouchot”. The members of the Carroy family have been winegrowers from father to son for five generations. Three vintages – 100% sauvignon – are offered : Pouilly-Fumé Bascoin, l’Eclat and l’Ephémère.
